At Pop Lampshades, Inc. we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our shades and products. We carefully inspect your order before it ships to you. Please carefully inspect the merchandise upon receiving the package to process damage claim promptly.
We cannot accept returns on made to order shades, monogram shades, special order items, certain sale items, and on items damaged with normal wear and tear.
For returns please email us or call us within 15 days of receiving your purchase to process a claim to receive a full refund (minus the shipping costs). We will email or fax you a Return Form which will require your order number, merchandise SKU, amount of refund, and reasons for the return. Please print and include this form when you ship back the merchandise. All merchandise must be in it's original packaging and shipped to our New York Studio. Once we have received the item(s) and inspected the merchandise we will process your refund and or exchange. However please note that we do not refund shipping charges. A return label will be issued upon request standard shipping charges may apply.
FedEx is our preferred shipping vendor
RETURN SHIPPING LABEL: You may purchase a Return Shipping Label from us through FedEx, which can be used to drop off merchandise to any nearby FedEx location for a safe and prompt return.
Sale items are final sale unless otherwise instructed in product description.
