  1. READY MADE: Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order unless otherwise instructed on the product details. Shipment delivery can take up to 7 - 10 business days once the order has shipped. POP Lampshades (POP LS) ships to 48 States in the United States. POP LS packages your order carefully and ships though our preferred vendor FedEx. 
  2. MADE TO ORDER: Please allow 3 - 6 weeks to construct your order unless otherwise instructed on the product details. After the order is ready to ship please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your order. 

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive your merchandise to notify us of any damage. 


Damaged Items:  

Carefully inspect your item(s) upon arrival and notify us with in 24 hours of receiving your package via Phone or Email to process your damage claim. Merchandise must remain in it's original packaging in order to process the claim with FedEx.

At Pop Lampshades, Inc. we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our shades and products. We carefully inspect your order before it ships to you. Please carefully inspect the merchandise upon receiving the package to process damage claim promptly. 

We cannot accept returns on made to order shades, monograms shades, special order items, certain sale items, and on items damaged with normal wear and tear. 

For returns please email us or call us within 15 days of receiving your purchase to process a claim to receive a full refund (minus the shipping costs). We will email or fax you a Return Form which will require your order number, merchandise SKU, amount of refund, and reasons for the return. Please print and include this form when you ship back the merchandise. All merchandise must be in it's original packaging and shipped to our New York Studio. Once we have received the item(s) and inspected the merchandise we will process your refund and or exchnage. However please note that we do not refund shipping charges. A return label will be issued upon request standard shipping charges may apply. 

FedEx is our preferred shipping vendor

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL: You may purchase a Return Shipping Label from us through FedEx, which can be used to drop off merchandise to any near by FedEx location for a safe and prompt return. 

Sale items are final sale unless otherwise instructed in product description.
